1. Service Guarantee

We strive for excellence in all our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns or provide a suitable solution.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations: Being charge $25 for cancellation fee appointment

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

3. Arrival Time

We recommend arriving on time  your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and ensures you receive the full benefits of your treatment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service.

4. Children Policy

For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 do not accompany you during your appointment.

5. No Pets Policy

To maintain a clean and safe environment, we do not allow pets in the spa, with the exception of service animals.
